DocuFile is used for the following:

Archive Old Charts – Now you can easily and inexpensively electronically store and retrieve inactive charts. The electronic chart may be printed, faxed, or emailed. Note: faxing and emailing software required.

Scan EOB’s – Scanning your EOB’s allows for fast, easy retrieval. You can print the page and easily highlight and or cover appropriate information. This is an enormous benefit when processing secondary claims.

Miscellaneous Scanning – You can also scan encounter forms, fee tickets, payment receipts, etc.

Archive Reports from your Practice management System – If you use a Windows based system; we can archive your “final Daily Report/Day Sheet”, monthly reports, etc. Other applications include financial reports, spread sheets, word processing documents.
DocuFile consist of:

Hardware: PC, large capacity disk, tape drive, CD read/write, UPS, 25 PPM scanner, back-up tapes.

Software: Document scanning & retrieval, back up, windows XP Professional (optional faxing email software)

Installation & Training: Hardware and software installation and configuration in included. Initial operator training is also included on site.

Ongoing Support & Software Updates: support agreement included at $50.00 per month.
